How To Search For Files On Mac
Hello A.Ley,
Apr 11, 2013 Computers Find practically any file in OS X. Spotlight's default search is limited to user files, but if needed you can expand it to include most system files.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I understand from your post that you would like to know how to search for a file in iCloud Drive without having to look through all the files. I know how it can be to have so many files to search through. From what I can tell from your post, it looks like you are using iCloud Drive for Windows.
If this is correct, I recommend using the search box located in the upper right corner of the File Explorer window. Click on iCloud Drive and then type in your search criteria in the search box. It should bring up any documents with the same name in the iCloud Drive folder.
